Kimberly Dallas

Vice President, Procurement, US
Mapletree

Kimberly has spent fifteen years turning procurement into a strategic function — and is now building the AI infrastructure that makes it smarter.

Kimberly has spent over fifteen years at the intersection of procurement strategy, risk management, and operational transformation. She has led procurement across some of the most complex organizational environments — from a $2B public-sector contract portfolio at the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery to a $30B global real estate portfolio spanning industrial logistics, data centers, and student housing.

At Mapletree, she architected enterprise-wide sourcing strategies, built vendor performance frameworks, and led digital transformation initiatives across North American operations. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified International Procurement Manager.
She recently founded SourceCode AI — an advisory firm helping organizations move from fragmented, manual procurement processes to intelligent, data-driven operations. She is also a sought-after speaker on AI adoption and procurement modernization.

What I’d love to discuss during the event

  • AI is moving fast in procurement, but most organizations still have a data problem underneath. How do you build AI readiness before you build AI tools?
  • Procurement sits at the intersection of legal, finance, ESG, and operations. How do you get those functions to actually work together without sacrificing speed?
  • Supplier diversity and ESG commitments are increasingly part of procurement mandates. What does real accountability look like beyond the checkbox?
