Jignesh has spent over three decades at the intersection of capital markets and entrepreneurship — and now deploys that expertise to back the next generation of builders and communities.

Jignesh brings twenty-four years of investment banking, bond trading, and portfolio management experience to the work of building — companies, communities, and the next generation of entrepreneurs.
His Wall Street career spanned some of the most complex corners of structured finance — CMBS trading and structuring at Bear Stearns, JPMorgan, National Australia Bank, and C-III Capital Partners. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a BTech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay.

He founded Charioteer Capital to channel that capital markets discipline into commercial real estate and early-stage startup investments across the NY tri-state area. Alongside his investment work, he leads three institutions that reflect what he believes capital and expertise are ultimately for: as President of TiE New York, he supports entrepreneurs building at the frontier; as President of Pratham New York Tri-State, he helps an organization that reached over eight million children last year through education and vocational training; and as President of the IIT Gandhinagar Foundation, he invests in the next generation of technical talent.
