Aman Singh

Director, Global Sustainability Communications
Kenvue

Aman has spent her career doing one of the hardest things in sustainability: making it legible — to executives, investors, media, and the public — without losing what makes it true.

Aman is a sustainability communications leader with over fifteen years of experience translating complex ESG strategy into narratives that move people and markets. At Kenvue, she leads global sustainability communications for a portfolio of consumer health brands — building the storytelling infrastructure, governance systems, and stakeholder engagement frameworks that connect the company’s Healthy Lives Mission to external credibility and internal alignment.

Before Kenvue, she spent three years directing sustainability communications at Walmart — one of the most scrutinized companies in the world on environmental and social issues. There, she led communications for Walmart’s clean energy transformation, helped craft the narrative around the company’s supply chain emissions milestone achieved six years ahead of schedule, and advised senior leaders on how to translate technical commitments into compelling stories for investors and global media.

Her earlier career spans Futerra, Corporate Reports, GreenBiz, and CSRwire — where she built editorial and communications expertise across sustainability reporting, ESG disclosure, and stakeholder engagement. She has been recognized as one of 35 Female CSR Leaders by Triple Pundit and a Top 100 Thought Leader in Trustworthy Business Behavior. She holds a BA in Journalism from NYU.

What I’d love to discuss during the event

  • Sustainability communications is increasingly under scrutiny from regulators, investors, and NGOs who can distinguish substance from spin. How do organizations build credibility that genuinely holds up?
  • The gap between what companies commit to, what they communicate, and what they actually do is where trust is often lost. How do leaders close that gap from the inside?
  • As sustainability reporting becomes mandatory across more markets, communications teams are working more closely with legal, finance, and audit. How is that changing the role, and what gets better—or worse—as a result?
