Zoe advises companies on ESG strategy and sustainability reporting at FTI Consulting, where she works with organizations navigating one of the most consequential shifts in corporate disclosure in decades: the move from voluntary to mandatory sustainability reporting across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
Her work spans double materiality assessments, CSRD readiness, climate risk disclosure, and ESG positioning for capital markets — helping companies build reporting programs that are both audit-ready and strategically coherent. She understands that ESG ratings and disclosures don’t just reflect reputation — they direct capital flows, and managing that reality proactively is increasingly a competitive necessity.
Her background is unusually well-rounded for this work. Before moving into sustainability, she spent three years in transfer pricing at PwC — building financial modeling and multinational tax advisory skills that directly inform how she thinks about the economics of sustainability commitments. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern, where she was an Advancing Women in Business full-tuition merit scholar, and was an Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps Fellow.
