Victoria brings a rare combination of sustainability strategy, agrifood systems expertise, and capital mobilization to one of the most consequential questions in climate: how do we build food systems that are genuinely resilient?
At Agritecture, a leading consultancy in controlled environment agriculture, she works as a Climate-Smart Agriculture Ecosystem Strategist — helping operators, investors, developers, and policymakers understand where the industry is heading and how to navigate it. She co-authored the 2025 Global CEA Census, one of the most comprehensive analyses of the state of indoor and greenhouse farming worldwide.
Her work spans emerging market horticulture, SDG-aligned investment strategy, and the alignment of capital with food security priorities. She moderated Damato Partner Track’s inaugural Climate Week NYC roundtable on poly-capital and systemic impact, and led a Columbia University capstone project developing an EV charging infrastructure roadmap for C40 Cities across Latin America.
Victoria holds an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a BS in Business Administration, Computing and Data Science from NYU Stern.
