Sarah Natow

Director Supply Chain Operations
Redbubble

Sarah has built and scaled some of the most operationally complex supply chains in consumer commerce — and she does it at a scale most people don’t see.

Sarah has spent over a decade building supply chains across sustainable consumer goods and on-demand manufacturing. Today, she manages a global fulfillment network of 29 production partners across 42 locations on three continents — producing over 22 million print-on-demand units annually.

Her work spans the full operational range: COGS negotiation, quality standards, and enforcing social responsibility compliance across every market her network touches. In 2025, she drove a $5.34M annualized cost reduction across her production partner network.

Before this, she led product development at Cloud Paper — a sustainable tissue company — and served as Supply Chain Director at Buffy, managing the full product journey from fiber sourcing to finished goods. She holds a degree from Harvard in Visual and Environmental Studies and Economics.

What I’d love to discuss during the event

  • AI is moving fast in procurement, but most organizations still have a data problem underneath. How do you build AI readiness before you build AI tools?
  • Procurement sits at the intersection of legal, finance, ESG, and operations. How do you get those functions to actually work together without sacrificing speed?
  • Supplier diversity and ESG commitments are increasingly part of procurement mandates. What does real accountability look like beyond the checkbox?
