We work with global enterprises across aviation, manufacturing, pharma, logistics, and industrial supply chains, helping them move past fragmented sustainability reporting into decision-grade intelligence.

Content at Sprih isn’t a marketing side-function. It’s how we shape market conversations: deep research, industry analysis, white papers, enterprise insights. We need someone to own how that intelligence reaches the world.

The Role:

You’ll own Sprih’s discoverability across both organic search and AI-driven discovery. That means making sure our research, white papers, and thought leadership consistently land in front of sustainability leaders, CXOs, investors, and enterprise decision-makers, across Google and the AI systems people increasingly use to find information (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, AI Overviews).

You’ll work closely with founders, product, research, and design. This isn’t a role for someone looking to publish generic marketing content.

What you’ll own

  • Distribution. Build amplification strategies for blogs, white papers, research, LinkedIn, founder thought leadership, webinars, podcasts, and events. Turn each core asset into a multi-format distribution engine.
  • SEO, AIEO, GEO. Drive organic growth across traditional search and AI discovery systems. Build topic authority around sustainability, climate intelligence, supply chain emissions, Scope 3, climate risk, and AI infrastructure for climate.
  • Website and content performance. Partner with internal teams on site structure, landing pages, internal linking, metadata, and conversion flows. Track organic traffic, rankings, AI discoverability, engagement, and lead quality, and steadily move those numbers.
  • Thought leadership. Help position Sprih and its leadership as category-defining voices. Translate founder insights, customer conversations, and panel discussions into scalable narratives. Spot emerging trends before they go mainstream.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–4 years in content marketing, SEO, organic growth, or B2B SaaS marketing
  • Strong grasp of modern SEO and how AI search systems actually work
  • Comfort with LinkedIn growth, keyword and topic research, distribution workflows, and content analytics
  • Ability to turn dense, technical topics into narratives people want to read

Bonus points for

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, climate tech, or enterprise software
  • Working knowledge of GEO/AIEO frameworks
  • Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Search Console, WordPress
  • Experience scaling founder-led content or distributing long-form research

What success looks like

Sprih becomes a recognized authority on both Google and AI-native systems. Inbound enterprise interest grows. Our white papers become industry reference points. Founder and company thought leadership reaches the right rooms.
