Content at Sprih isn’t a marketing side-function. It’s how we shape market conversations: deep research, industry analysis, white papers, enterprise insights. We need someone to own how that intelligence reaches the world.
What You Will Do
- Identify and map decision-makers at India’s top 500 enterprises — including NIFTY 500, BSE 500, and high-growth conglomerates — across sectors like manufacturing, logistics, BFSI, pharma, and consumer goods.
- Execute structured outreach via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn — reaching sustainability heads, CFOs, and supply chain leaders with precision messaging.
- Conduct deep market and account research to surface regulatory pressure points (BRSR, SEBI), news triggers, and competitive signals that make outreach timely and relevant.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, run discovery conversations, and hand off warm opportunities to the founding team for demo and close.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM; track outreach cadences, follow-up schedules, and conversion rates with discipline.
- Build and test messaging hypotheses — subject lines, call scripts, persona-specific value propositions — and iterate based on response data.
- Support preparation of proposals, company decks, and event-based outreach such as roundtables, dinners, and webinars.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or market research — ideally at a SaaS, consulting, or enterprise tech company.
- Proven ability to cold call with confidence and convert conversations — not just send emails and wait.
- Strong research instincts — ability to find the right person in a large organization and build context before reaching out.
- Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate credibly with senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent prospecting tools.
- High ownership mindset — tracks own numbers, flags problems early, and does not need to be managed on execution.
- Genuine interest in sustainability, climate, or corporate responsibility is a strong plus.
