Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX lead, you will work collaboratively with the product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused designs.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, developers, and other stakeholders.

User Research:

• Conduct and oversee user research activities to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Utilize research findings to advocate for user-centric design solutions.

Interaction Design:

• Create intuitive and elegant user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all platforms and products.

Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative design environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing.
• Work closely with development teams to implement and iterate on designs.

Usability Testing:

• Plan and conduct usability testing to validate and refine design solutions.
• Analyze testing results and implement improvements based on feedback.

We are looking for people who have:

• Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a UX design team.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
