Job Description:

As Director of sales you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the sales operations in the organisation. Your ability to develop key growth of sales strategies, tactics and action plans are essential. It will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Nature: Full-time


Supporting Developing & Executing Sales Strategies

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand and effectively implement the sales strategy for the segment.
  • Work with the management team to create and execute a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and market trends.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external promotion.

Maximising Revenue

  • Provide positive and aggressive leadership to maximise revenue potential, setting an example with personal booking goals.

Managing Sales Activities:

  • Monitor day-to-day activities of direct reports.
  • Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and close deals.
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of business

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Display leadership in guest hospitality and exemplify customers.
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.
  • Incorporate guest satisfaction as a focus of department meetings.

Building Successful Relationships:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Nurture relationships with customers.
