Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and mission-driven Product Designer (UI/UX) who’s passionate about crafting experiences that make sustainability simple, intuitive, and actionable. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to turn complex climate data into beautifully designed, human-centred interfaces used by global enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and sustainability experts to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.
• Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity and emotion to data-heavy interactions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
• Design interfaces that are accessible, engaging, and consistent across web and mobile platforms.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures visual and functional coherence across products.
• Partner with developers to ensure a smooth and precise design handoff — bringing designs to life exactly as envisioned.
• Stay ahead of evolving UX trends, AI-driven design practices, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh thinking into every iteration.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking, process, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Knowledge of user research methods, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Experience designing for mobile, web, and desktop applications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team.
