Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Lead. You have to provide sales and marketing support in building leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. You have to demonstrate the ability to close sales opportunities and win business.

Location: Pune, India

Type: Full-time

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or prior experience in related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • You will personally be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, outbound calls, and email campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities.
  • Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Research and identify prospects through secondary research.

We are looking for people who:

  • A self-starter with a proven track record in inside sales, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proven inside sales experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting.
  • Research and identify prospects through secondary research.
  • Understand different CRM
