Job Description:
As part of the Founder’s Office, you will act as a key driver for our global market expansion strategy. This is a high-impact role requiring entrepreneurial thinking, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will handle a diverse set of responsibilities ranging from market research to partnership building, operations management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Entry & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the USA and other global markets.
- Assist in formulating a go-to-market strategy for products in the region.
- Track competitors and suggest ways to differentiate and position effectively.
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and engage with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to establish strategic relationships.
- Support negotiations and drafting of agreements with external parties.
- Design and run email and social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Operational Execution
- Ensure seamless execution of market launch plans, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Set up processes, systems, and partnerships for smooth operations in the USA and other global market.
- Strategic Planning
- Work alongside the Founder/CEO on high-priority tasks, including preparing business presentations, financial models, and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest course corrections to achieve goals.
- Liaison & Coordination
- Act as a bridge between the Founders and internal/external teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Manage high-level schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for global projects.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or a similar role (experience in market expansion preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a “get-things-done” attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Familiarity with the USA business landscape is a strong plus.
